  PADEVI provides you with an online store, PADEVI ONLINE, which enables you to buy some of the items available in our stores. In addition, you can enjoy promotions, gifts and special offers designed exclusively for you.
We invite you to review the general conditions
that regulate the purchase of PADEVI products. The use of this website constitutes your agreement to these terms. However, if you have any doubts about them, please contact us via email: padevi@padevi.com

 Purchase warranties 

The items offered in PADEVI ONLINE are a selection of PADEVI collections and meet the same requirements of quality and guarantee that products placed on sale in our stores.
Each product is accompanied by the following:


  1. Name of the article
  2. Images of the article
  3. Description of the article
  4. Sizes and colors available *
  5. Prize


* PADEVI has tried to show the colours of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products displayed on screen may be subject to variation depending on the monitor of your computer, so that we cannot guarantee that the colours appear close to reality.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the expiration date or until supplies last.

Purchase procedure

     The product availability will be confirmed with a validation email provided before payment.     

PADEVI ONLINE reserves the right to change the orders in case of obvious errors or inaccuracies, or if products are not available, immediately reporting it to the client.
All orders received made by a minor will be confirmed by telephone, being necessary the authorization of a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for the receipt of the order and to pay the bill. It is therefore very important that you indicate in your order, your telephone number.
PADEVI ONLINE reserves the right to refuse orders if considered appropriate by informing the customer in the shortest time possible.

Order Delivery

PADEVI ONLINE will send the material requested in the order to the address provided. The delivery dates to destination, as well as shipping fees and availability, will go reflected in the validation mail, done by PADEVI ONLINE, in order to provide maximum reliability in delivery and postage of the order.
The order will be sent once PADEVI ONLINE have received the payment.
The rights of the goods pass to the customer once the payment of the order is effective. The damage that could suffer the goods once delivered to the buyer become responsibility of the buyer at the moment of the delivery.

PADEVI ONLINE supports the following cards: VISA, MasterCard.
PADEVI ONLINE declines responsibility for failure in credit cards at the time of making the charge, in these cases the order will be cancelled.

Law and Jurisdiction

The contract between the buyer and PADEVI ONLINE is subject to the Spanish law.

Disability of Terms and Conditions

If for any reason these terms and conditions may not be applied, the validity of the terms and conditions will not be affected unless the substantive purpose of the contract is frustrated.


The shipping of the items purchased in PADEVI ONLINE will be made through a courier company and will be delivered within 24h to 72h inside Spain.
Shipping costs will be paid by PADEVI ONLINE, if the purchase is over 20€, if it is less than this amount it will be charged 5€ (VAT included) at the time of the purchase.
In the case that the shipment is outside of Spain, the shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart, as the promotion of free shipping for purchases over 20€ is valid only for the Spanish territory.
To avoid problems in delivery (incorrect addresses, inability to find someone at home etc.) it is necessary to correctly complete the form, being essential to fill the box related to your telephone number.

Returns through PADEVI ONLINE

If, once received the product you're not satisfied, PADEVI ONLINE allows a refund within thirty (30) days, counting from the date of reception.
PADEVI ONLINE cannot accept returns of items damaged, used or without original packaging, if these are not a manufacturing defect.
In PADEVI ONLINE we differentiate 2 cases for returns: that the product received doesn’t fit well, or do not like how it looks, and that the product we sent is damaged or incorrect.
If you have purchased one or more products and do not fit, or do not like them, you must complete the return form which can be found here, and post it to us, with the products to return to the address below. If, after the return of the item/s the total cost of the initial order minus the price of the returned products is less than 20€, we will discount 5€ (taxes included) of the amount to return you, in concept of shipping costs that you did not pay initially. If you have already paid postage we will not charge them again. The returns will always be done for the money (if you want another product you should place another order) and always by the same payment method you used at the purchase.
Once received the returned products PADEVI ONLINE will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to the payment of the amount.
If the item received is defective or not the item you requested, please contact us at our online customer service 0034 93 473 07 28 from Monday to Friday from 8:30
to 14:30.
All returns must be in original packaging and with the return form properly completed.
The exchange or refund can be made by post (we recommended it to be sent by certified mail or with acknowledgement of receipt). Please note that the shipping of the products that you wish to return, by mail or courier, will always be paid by the client, and PADEVI ONLINE will never
accept any other kind of return method.

We also offer the possibility of returning your products at any of our physical stores. In them you will be given a voucher for the price of the products minus the shipping costs, which can be exchanged at any retail store in our network. You only need to present the shoe box or complement and a printed copy of the confirmation order email. In stores we do not return the money in cash or by charging the credit card for purchases made online.
